The Cowgirl’s 1-year limited warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage and care from the date of purchase. An original proof-of-purchase is required to obtain warranty services and must register the product prior to use at www.ridethecowgirl.com/warranty. Never attempt to repair the sex machine yourself. The warranty will be void if the product is subjected to abnormal use or conditions, accident, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized alteration, misuse, improper installation or repair, or storage. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in total confidence.

All orders are sent in plain packaging. The only thing that Fedex/UPS requires us to have on the box is a return address. The name is shown as COTR, Inc. so there’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the parcel or that you’re purchasing a sex machine.

If you find that your sex machine has been damaged or opened, or that its contents are missing, please take a photograph of the packaging and email it to customerservice@ridethecowgirl.com with the appropriate subject title — Damaged / Opened / Missing Product when delivered.

Before first use, clean your sex machine with a damp washcloth. Wash the silicone attachments with warm water and mild soap that is suitable for use with silicone items. All components should be completely dry before operating the Cowgirl sex machine.

The Cowgirl must always be used with a silicone attachment. For detailed instructions on getting started, follow the user manual or download it here.

It all depends on your personal preference. Two silicone attachments are included with every purchase of the Cowgirl sex machine.

The Rawhide silicone attachment is excellent for bumping and grinding, where as the Wild West silicone attachment provides a blended orgasm and intensifies the experience through an insertable form.

To get started with either silicone attachment, follow the user manual provided in the box.

Always use the Cowgirl sex machine on a flat surface that is stable and safe for play.

Before connecting the Corded Remote Control, make sure that the vibration and rotation settings are turned to the off position.

Gently push the Corded Remote Control plug into the remote control port on the sex machine. A right light will illuminate at the base of the remote upon successful connection. Never plug the Corded Remote Control into any other device.

The Cowgirl Smartphone App will only function when the Corded Remote Control is disconnected from the sex machine.

Always clean your sex machine and silicone attachments thoroughly before and after use. Wash the silicone attachments with warm water and mild soap that is suitable for use with silicone items.

Never wash the sex machine with water or boiling liquids. Always use a damp washcloth and do not use harsh cleansers such as bleaching agents. Avoid using abrasive cleansing tools as this may scratch and/ or damage the material.

Never place the Cowgirl in a bath, shower, or any area near water.
