The COTR, Inc. warranty — applicable to all b-Vibe, Le Wand Massager, and The Cowgirl Premium Sex Machine products — covers all defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage and care for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

To process a warranty claim, an original proof-of-purchase is required within the warranty period. If you purchased via any of our three websites, we already have a proof of purchase on file. Do not attempt to repair the pleasure products by yourself.

If you’ve ever purchased a COTR, Inc. product and find that your product breaks down outside the 1-year warranty period, or that you’ve lost your proof of purchase to process a claim, you are entitled to a 50% discount on any of the COTR, Inc. product line.
