With over 20 years experience in the sexual wellness industry, Alicia also worked alongside the Department of Justice to help the FBI develop communication channels between the government and the adult industry as part of the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act.
Alicia gained her credentials after training under industry pioneer Dr. Patti Britton at Sex Coach U, where she continues to educate the next generation of professionals as an instructor of the expert course “Sex Toys in Today’s Market” at Sex Coach University.

Kimberly Scott Faubel began her career in the adult industry's retail sector in 2003, quickly finding her niche. Rising through the ranks of a Central Pennsylvania adult store chain, she organized successful monthly events and excelled as a district manager before relocating to Las Vegas in 2011. There, she continued assisting clients and embraced the opportunity to help create and sell the very products she endorsed. In 2015, a move to Los Angeles saw her launch a new pleasure products brand, solidifying her hands-on experience and reinforcing her belief in meticulous attention to detail. This journey allowed her to combine her passion for writing and marketing with her industry connections.
Now, as COTR's Sales Director, Kimberly leverages her experience and unwavering dedication to sex-positive inclusivity – recognized with XBIZ's 2019 Community Figure of the Year award – to nurture retailer relationships and contribute to the company's success. She remains committed to fostering a welcoming environment focused on wellness and pleasure, a value she shares with the COTR team.
