  The COTR, Inc. warranty — applicable to all b-Vibe, Le Wand Massager, and The Cowgirl Premium Sex Machine products — covers all defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage and care for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  To process a warranty claim, an original proof-of-purchase is required within the warranty period. If you purchased via any of our three websites, we already have proof of purchase on file. Do not attempt to repair the pleasure products by yourself.
