Your privacy is our top priority. All orders ship in an unsuspecting plain brown box with no mention of “The Cowgirl” or the nature of the product.
- Speed: Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. Note: Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or peak periods.
- Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon-Fri) are usually processed the same day.
- Listed under COTR, Inc. on the shipping label and credit card statement.
- Packaged in a plain, sturdy brown box for full discretion.

Warranty
The COTR, Inc. warranty covers b-Vibe, Le Wand, and Cowgirl products for 12 months from purchase.
- Covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.
- Original proof-of-purchase required (already on file if ordered from our sites).
- Do not attempt to repair pleasure products yourself.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee
If your product breaks after the 1-year warranty or you lost your receipt, you qualify for a 50% discount on any current COTR, Inc. product.
Return Policy
We accept returns only for:
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging.
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
Returns must be requested via email and are subject to approval.
