• Cutoff: Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon-Fri) are usually processed the same day.
• Listed under COTR, Inc. on the shipping label and credit card statement.
• Packaged in a plain, sturdy brown box for full discretion.

Warranty

The COTR, Inc. warranty covers b-Vibe, Le Wand, and Cowgirl products for 12 months from purchase.

• Covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.
• Original proof-of-purchase required (already on file if ordered from our sites).
• Do not attempt to repair pleasure products yourself.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee

If your product breaks after the 1-year warranty or you lost your receipt, you qualify for a 50% discount on any current COTR, Inc. product.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for:

• Unopened, unused items in original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged or defective.

Returns must be requested via email and are subject to approval.
