The thing can’t be used with certain lubricants as it says on the box. But worst of all is it doesn’t come with any way to attach it. You are given some undersized spring and plastic rod that are not compatible with the cowgirl saddle. The screw needed is attached to the original attachment that it comes with but it won’t work with the hardware supplied.

Too high for P-spot stimulation

This attachment is too high for P-spot stimulation. Not every body's anatomy is the same, but they should not claim for male P-spot stimulation as the knob is simply too high for any body's male prostate. Cowgirl: stick to the women or create another attachment!
